Wrong item

I am very disappointed. I ordered seven items and one one of the items were wrong. I tried to send an email and messages on Instagram and the answer was always delayed. At last. They send me a link for an exchange request form and when I filled it. They told me that, more than seven days past and I can’t exchange it. I asked several times to talk to somebody in the phone to explain the situation but nobody answered. This whole situation is your fault because I don’t want to exchange an item but you send me a wrong item and I just wanted the right item .
