How long does it take for new orders to arrive?
New orders typically take 2-7 working days to arrive, excluding Fridays. Please note that sudden vacations are not counted as working days, and we will begin processing orders after the vacations end.
Return Policy
You need to return any unwanted Mavinwear products within 7 days of receiving your order. To get a full refund for eligible returns, make sure the items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including the tags.
We won’t be able to refund damaged, worn, or unsuitable items, and all returns will be checked before processing.

Why haven’t I received my refund?
Your refund will be processed promptly once the item reaches our warehouse, typically within 5-10 days.
Received a faulty/defective item?
We're sorry if you received a faulty item! There's no need to return it to us at this stage. We will immediately send a replacement or an item of your choice after you confirm the following details:

Can I open the package and try on the size while the courier is still here?
Unfortunately, our shipping company does not allow packages to be opened before delivery is completed. However, you can exchange or return items if needed (Shipping Fees Included).
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived or is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 9 days of the expected delivery date, please check the following:
